This is Rager engaging with the community to let you, the fleet manager or business owner, know what they think of your drivers and the way your vehicles are driven, whether or not there is a "How is my driving?" sticker or even company branding on the vehicle.
How does it work?
- You, as fleet manager or company director, set up and maintain your fleet profile on Rager including registration and drivers cell phone numbers for each of your fleet vehicles.
- We recommend placing one of our Rager decals on the rear of each fleet vehicle registered so that other motorists are aware of your commitment to better fleet driver management.
- At intervals you choose, you receive a report from Rager summarising rages against and comments about your drivers by the general driving public, with links to each rage's detail on the Web site, should you wish to follow them.
- If you really want to, you can be alerted by SMS every time there is a rage against one of your drivers.
- Your drivers, in turn, have all the benefits of normal public membership in that their mobiles are registered against the registration numbers of the vehicles they are driving and they are notified by SMS immediately there is a complaint against or a comment about their driving by any member of the public. They have the same right to respond to their accuser (or admirer, as may be the case) and they, and you, will have access thereafter (on the Web site) to a full record of any interchange arising - just like any other registered Rager member.
- The beauty of the Rager approach is that other motorists wishing to comment on your drivers can do so (with your attention) without that motorist even having to know the name of your company, let alone a contact number. And your drivers know immediately that someone has ratted on (or complimented) them, with a far more direct behavioural modification benefit than a disciplinary session hours or days later.
